2.1 Voice Data Collection and Processing

Orphix allows users to upload voice recordings to generate AI-powered music and songs using their own voice. When you upload a voice recording, we process voice characteristics and audio features solely to provide the functionality of the Services.

Purpose of Processing:

• Generating AI-powered music using your voice;
• Allowing regeneration of songs without re-uploading audio;
• Providing access to previously generated tracks and history;
• Improving personalization of generated results.

Voice data is not used to identify individuals outside of the app functionality.

We do not use voice recordings or derived voice data to train machine learning models.

Data Retention:

• Voice recordings and derived voice data are stored securely for up to 30 days from upload;
• This retention period is necessary to support regeneration, history, and personalization features;
• Users may delete their voice data at any time within the app;
• Deleted data is removed immediately from active systems and permanently erased within a period not exceeding 30 days.

We do not retain voice data indefinitely.

Data Sharing:

We do not sell, share, transfer, or disclose voice data to any third parties. Voice data is processed exclusively for providing the Service functionality.

Third-party services used by the app (such as payment providers or analytics tools) do not receive access to voice recordings or derived voice data.
